This is a one-time, fixed-price project with a 1-month timeline. There is potential for this role to evolve into a long-term or full-time opportunity based on performance and fit.
Scope of Work
Design a suite of polished, user-friendly templates in:
- Excel (trackers, logs, dashboards)
- Word (project documentation, client-facing documents)
- PowerPoint (presentations, reporting decks)
Templates must be:
- Clean, modern, and highly functional
- Aligned with brand guidelines
- Easy for users to edit and reuse
- Visually structured with strong hierarchy and layout
Ideal Candidate
- Strong eye for design and layout consistency
- Experience designing digital templates (not just graphics)
- Comfortable working within brand guidelines
- Skilled in Excel formatting, Word styling, and PowerPoint layout design
- Detail-oriented and highly organized
Bonus (Not Required but Valuable):
- Experience designing social media graphics
- Understanding of brand consistency across platforms
- Experience working with online communities, SaaS platforms, or professional services brands
Deliverables
- Final template files in editable formats
- Clean file naming and organization
- Minor revision rounds based on feedback
We are looking for someone who understands that templates are both functional tools and brand assets. If you have a strong portfolio that shows structured, professional template design, we'd love to see it.

Contract duration of less than 1 month. with 30 hours per week.
