What I'm Looking For
Platform fluency is critical. You must understand:
Hook optimization (first 1–3 seconds)
Retention pacing for Reels
Smart jump cuts
Caption styling for mobile
Text overlays that feel intentional (not cluttered)
When to speed up, slow down, or let a moment breathe
Up to date on current viral trends/music
Technical Requirements
Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or equivalent
Strong short-form editing experience
Color correction / light grading
Clean audio leveling
B-roll integration when needed
Motion text overlays
Export optimized for Instagram

Ability to suggest hooks
Thumbnail creation
Understanding of viral structure psychology
Ability to review content performance and iterate
Workflow Expectations
Turnaround: First project- 24 hrs, very flexible on-going, a month content will be given at one time (once we find flow)
