We're looking for a highly capable, AI-forward Virtual Assistant to own day-to-day execution of our digital content and social media presence. You will take strategy-led content (created or directed by leadership) and repurpose, schedule, publish, and optimize it across multiple platforms.
This role is ideal for someone who already uses AI daily to move faster, smarter, and with higher output quality — and who wants a long-term role that evolves over time.
Core Responsibilities
Social Media Management (Primary Focus)
Repurpose long-form and short-form content into platform-specific posts
Schedule and publish content across selected social platforms
Maintain posting cadence and content calendars
Optimize captions, hooks, hashtags, and formats per platform
Monitor engagement and surface insights or improvement opportunities
Content Repurposing & Production
Turn source content into:
Short-form videos (Reels, Shorts, TikToks)
Static graphics & carousels
Quote cards, educational snippets, and promo content
Light video editing (cuts, captions, formatting)
Basic graphic design for social and email use
Email Marketing Support
Build and format emails based on provided strategy or outlines
Repurpose content into newsletters or campaign emails
Manage email scheduling and basic performance tracking
AI-Driven Workflow Execution
Use AI tools daily to:
Draft captions and email copy
Repurpose content efficiently
Generate creative variations
Improve speed and consistency
Continuously refine workflows to reduce manual effort
Evolving Support
Assist with additional digital, marketing, or operational tasks as the role grows
Proactively identify opportunities to automate or improve processes
Required Experience & Skills
Proven experience managing social media accounts end-to-end
Strong content repurposing skills (text → visual → video)
Comfortable with:
Social scheduling tools
Email marketing platforms
Basic design & video editing tools
AI-native mindset — you already use AI as part of your daily workflow
Excellent written communication skills
Highly organized and reliable with deadlines
Nice-to-Have (Not Required)
Experience with content analytics or performance reporting
Familiarity with automation tools (Zapier, Make, n8n, etc.)
Experience supporting founders, consultants, or small teams
