We're looking for a UI/UX designer to help us design a clean, modern, and intuitive product experience from the ground up.
The product automatically transcribes business meetings and turns them into searchable, structured notes. The target users are teams, managers, and business professionals — so the experience needs to feel polished, simple, and efficient.
**Scope includes:**
* UX research (lightweight, practical)
* User flows and wireframes
* High-fidelity UI design (desktop-first, responsive)
* Design system basics (colors, typography, components)
* Dashboard, meeting view, transcript view, settings, onboarding
**We're looking for someone who:**
* Has strong experience designing B2B SaaS products
* Can think through product logic, not just visuals
* Has a clean, modern design style
* Works in Figma
* Communicates clearly and meets deadlines
Bonus if you've worked on productivity tools, AI products, or collaboration software.
