This is not a generic video editing role. We need someone who deeply understands hook-driven content, UGC psychology, and TikTok-native formats.
What We're Looking For:
Strong scriptwriting skills for short-form content (15–60 sec)
Experience working with AI video creation tools (VEO 3, Kling, Sora — big plus)
Deep understanding of UGC-style content
Strong sense of native TikTok pacing, hooks, and retention mechanics
Ability to turn simple ideas into high-performing short-form scripts
Understanding of street-interview format (bonus)
We've attached a sample street interview video as a reference.
This format is intentionally harder to execute than regular product videos — so we want someone who can think at that level creatively.

Your Responsibilities:
Write engaging, scroll-stopping scripts
Suggest creative angles and hooks
Execute AI-generated video concepts
Optimize for retention and watch time
Bring fresh ideas instead of waiting for instructions
Ideal Candidate:
Has worked on TikTok-native brands before
Understands what actually performs on TikTok (not just what "looks good")
Can think in performance-marketing terms
Fast turnaround & proactive communication
