About the Role
We are a contract manufacturing company specializing in injection molding, based in Orlando, Florida. We also have a SaaS quoting platform in active development. We are looking for a Senior Digital Marketing Coordinator to handle the day-to-day execution of B2B marketing across both the manufacturing services business and the platform.
This is not a strategy or consulting role. We have a Marketing Lead who defines strategy, campaigns, and priorities. What we need is a senior coordinator who takes those defined initiatives and makes them happen - posting content, launching campaigns, updating the website, managing the CRM, and making sure nothing falls through the cracks. You will work directly under the Marketing Lead. Your job is execution.
The ideal candidate is organized, self-driven, and comfortable executing across multiple marketing channels with minimal hand-holding. Experience in technical or industrial B2B marketing is a strong plus.
What You Will Be Doing
Digital Marketing Execution
Execute Google Ads and SEM campaigns based on strategy and budgets provided (five-figure annual ad budget across Google Ads and paid channels)
Manage and optimize WordPress websites for SEO, landing pages, and conversion performance
Execute keyword research, competitive analysis, and monthly reporting using SEMrush and Google Analytics
Set up and manage Google Tag Manager tracking for campaigns and conversions
Content & Social Media
Build and manage a content calendar aligned with sales goals and business priorities
Create and publish blog posts, landing pages, case studies, and ad copy (AI-assisted content generation with ChatGPT and other tools)
Manage LinkedIn company presence and develop B2B social content strategy
Coordinate with graphic designers and video production resources as needed
CRM & Lead Management
Manage CRM pipeline for lead intake, opportunity tracking, and sales handoff
Build and maintain marketing automation workflows for lead nurture, drip sequences, and follow-up
Set up and manage email marketing campaigns and nurture sequences
Track lead sources and attribution to measure marketing ROI
Reporting & Optimization
Track campaign performance across all channels and report weekly/monthly
Monitor cost per lead, conversion rates, and pipeline contribution
Continuously optimize campaigns based on performance data
How We Work
You report to the Marketing Lead who defines what gets done and why. You own the how and when
Weekly check-in meetings to review progress, results, and next priorities
You will interact with the sales team and project managers as needed for lead handoff and content input
We move fast and value initiative - if you see something that should be done, flag it and do it. We are looking for someone who can dedicate consistent, focused time to this role - not someone juggling multiple clients or treating this as a side project
Required Skills
WordPress (SEO, site structure, landing pages, performance optimization)
Google Ads and SEM campaign management (search, display, remarketing)
B2B marketing strategy and hands-on execution
CRM-based lead and opportunity management
Content planning, creation, and AI-assisted content generation
Email marketing and automation workflows (drip campaigns, nurture sequences)
Campaign analytics and reporting (Google Analytics, SEMrush, Google Tag Manager)
LinkedIn B2B marketing
Preferred Skills
Experience with ERPNext (marketing module or CRM)
Injection molding, manufacturing, or industrial services marketing experience (At least Basic Understanding)
SaaS or technical B2B marketing experience
Experience managing outsourced or internal creative teams
Sales-aligned marketing and funnel optimization
Spanish language skills (plus, not required)
Tools You Should Know
WordPress, Google Ads, Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, SEMrush, ChatGPT / AI content tools, CRM systems (pipeline-focused), email marketing platforms. ERPNext experience is a strong plus.
What We Want to See in Your Proposal
Demonstrated experience owning full-cycle B2B marketing (not just one channel)
Prior work supporting manufacturing, product design, prototyping, or industrial services
Proven ability to generate qualified leads and move them through a sales pipeline
Examples of campaigns you executed end-to-end with measurable results
A brief explanation of how you would approach the first 30 days
Language & Working Hours
English (professional business fluency required). Spanish is a plus but not required.
Availability during US Eastern business hours for meetings and collaboration. Flexible scheduling for async work.

Contract duration of more than 6 months. with 40 hours per week.
