We are a growing Salesforce consulting firm with 15+ engineers delivering implementations, automation, integrations, and Experience Cloud projects.
We are looking for a Business Development specialist who can help us secure new Salesforce projects.
Responsibilities:
Identify and reach out to potential clients (US / UK / AU preferred)
Generate and qualify leads
Set up discovery calls
Help convert opportunities into signed projects
We handle delivery. We need someone focused on generating and closing deals.
Compensation:
We currently have budget constraints for fixed retainers.
However, we are willing to offer a strong commission structure and pay a handsome amount per project closed — especially if you can help us secure at least two quality projects.
This can turn into a long-term role for the right performer.

Contract duration of 3 to 6 months.
