Position SummaryThe Account Executive will drive revenue growth across North America by engaging prospective customers, conducting tailored demos, and managing full-cycle sales engagements. This role emphasizes qualification, demo execution, and closing rather than high-volume outbound prospecting. The ideal candidate will be a persuasive communicator with a proven track record in SaaS sales to senior decision-makers.
This is a hybrid position, with the flexibility to work primarily remotely but requiring availability to attend periodic meetings, trade shows, and events as needed in Markham or other locations.
Key ResponsibilitiesManage the full sales cycle from qualification to close within assigned territories.
Conduct product demonstrations customized to clients' needs, highlighting Premier's value proposition.
Engage with construction companies' C-suite executives, controllers, and project managers to understand business challenges and deliver solutions.
Maintain accurate records, opportunities, and communications within HubSpot CRM.
Collaborate with Marketing to follow up on leads and contribute to targeted outbound sales campaigns.
Achieve or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Attend trade shows, virtual events, and in-person client meetings as required (occasional travel).
Stay informed of product updates, market trends, and competitive intelligence.
Minimum 4+ years of B2B sales experience, ideally within the SaaS or technology industry.
Demonstrated success consistently meeting or exceeding quota.
Proven ability to sell to senior executives (CFO, COO, CEO, or equivalent).
Strong verbal, written, and presentation communication skills in English.
Experience managing complex, consultative sales cycles.
Self-motivated and capable of managing priorities independently.
Skilled in CRM use (HubSpot preferred) and other digital sales tools.
Competitive total compensation package ($150,000–$200,000 CAD OTE).
Base salary plus performance-based commissions and bonuses.
