Procurement Intern Summer Student 2026

Working in a collaborative team-based environment, the Procurement Intern will support a variety of stakeholders achieve Procurement Program initiatives.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Updating existing information into SAP Ariba application to drive contract management and reporting.
• Working with and assisting Project Managers to coordinate resources and project-related activities.
• Partnering with regional Property Management to consolidate supplier contract documents.
• Analyzing and recommending data classification methods.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Currently enrolled in a post-secondary institution in a program with related skillsets that can be leveraged by Procurement.
• Eager for exposure to best-practice real estate processes and procedures.
• Proficient in Microsoft SharePoint, Teams, Visio, Word, Excel, and Outlook.
• Detail-oriented and able to manage multiple priorities within tight deadlines.
• Appreciation and willingness to work within a standard set of parameters.
• Excellent communication skills and initiative that lead to effective solutions in a deadline-driven environment.

The base salary for this position is $21.00 hourly.
