Salary range (but not limited to):
64, ,300Incentive plan
Annual bonus: 7.5% target, based on the base salary, with a potential payout of up to 200% (subject to personal and company performance)As part of our commitment to Win As A Team, we share our success with employees through our incentive programs and Employee Share Purchase Plan (ESPP) – with BrokerLink matching a portion of your contributions.

Salary for the candidate will be determined taking into consideration a number of factors including: experience, skills, qualifications, anticipated contribution to role, internal equity, location etc. The salary range presented below is based on a 35-hour workweek and would represent a majority of different candidate profiles. However, we encourage candidates who may fall outside of this range to apply as well.

We are looking for a Group Benefits Analyst to join BrokerLink's Life & Health Benefits Team and work out of one of our offices in Woodbridge, Ontario on a Permanent (FT) Basis .

What the Role Entails:
Review and analyze claims loss ratio reports for annual group benefits renewals and negotiate renewal rates directly with Carrier Partners
Recommend plan design changes, where appropriate
Prepare the renewal reports for client presentation by Advisor
Prepare semi-annual experience reports for clients
Market new group benefit plans or remarket existing group plans, preparing necessary documentation for the proposal process and submit request to quote to insurers
Analyse proposals received and prepare comprehensive Marketing Report for prospect/client's review with Advisor
Work with insurer and client to implement Groups, ensuring seamless onboarding experience for client and its members
Assist clients with queries pertaining to claims, new enrolments, terminations, etc.
Maintain strong relationship with all stakeholders
The Successful candidate will have:

Post-Secondary Education
Minimum 3 years of related industry experience
Strong analytical and organizational skills
Works well independently and closely with Advisor and other team members
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Effectively uses and is proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word
Collaborative work ethic
Excellent time-management skills and follow-through skills
Ability to pass a criminal background check and credit check preferred
