What You'll Be Doing
Serve as a trusted strategic advisor, applying structured problem‑solving to high‑impact Corporate Strategy challenges.
Work across the enterprise, engaging directly with business leaders to tackle complex and varied strategic questions.
Support decisions at the highest levels, contributing to deliverables for the Executive Team and Board of Directors.
Independently lead analyses, using a hypothesis-driven, data‑informed approach to generate actionable insights and recommendations.
Research and develop perspectives on emerging trends and opportunities, informing enterprise priorities and long-term planning.
Craft high-quality deliverables that clearly communicate insights and drive decision-making.
Develop materials that support program planning, strategic framing, and requirements definition.

What you Bring
3+ years of experience in management consulting, corporate strategy, or a similarly rigorous strategic environment.
Experience developing strategies across a range of problem types (e.g., new market entry, product innovation, portfolio evaluation, competitive analysis).
Strong analytical, critical thinking, and business acumen, with the ability to break down ambiguous problems into structured, actionable insights.
Outstanding communication skills, especially in developing clear, visually compelling presentations that distill complex ideas.
Experience leveraging AI tools to enhance research, analysis, or productivity.
Strong verbal communication and stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to influence across levels and functions.
Proven collaborator, comfortable working independently and within cross-functional teams.
Expert-level proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel
Insurance industry experience is not necessary
Salary Range: $73,500 - $123,500
Actual salary for the role may vary depending on work location of the successful candidate and other factors including but not limited to, skills, education, experience, working conditions and the local labour market.
