Accelerate Our Growth Engine Join our Growth organization and gain hands-on experience at the intersection of sales strategy, data analytics, and marketing technology. You'll learn how to bridge the gap between raw data and revenue generation by helping us optimize our funnel and refine our go-to-market execution. This includes participating in building high-impact dashboards within our CRM tool, researching target markets and mapping to drive outbound execution strategies, and re-engineering how we track the customer journey. This co-op is your chance to build a versatile foundation in Revenue Operations (RevOps) and Growth Analytics.

What the Growth Team works on:

  • ABX (Account-Based Experience): Spearheading Proof of Concepts (PoC) by conducting deep-dive research on target accounts to empower our BDR team.
  • Conversion Analysis: Investigating the "why" behind lead drop-off and re-engineering data flows to improve conversion rates across the funnel as well as understanding how leads are progressing through outreach channels.
  • Sales Architecture: Designing and implementing sales stages, custom reports, and automated tracking within Salesforce by utilizing AI-powered automations to drive valuable impact.
  • New Account / Market Development: Identifying accounts or companies we are not prospecting into that will inevitably have alignment with League in upcoming years within Healthcare industry

Technologies we use to drive growth:

  • Salesforce (SFDC): Managing the lead-to-close lifecycle and CRM architecture.
  • Sales Intelligence: Tools used for prospecting, company research, and market mapping.

Your experience so far may include:

  • Analytical Curiosity: A background in business, economics, or math with a passion for turning data into actionable insights.
  • CRM Familiarity: Exposure to Salesforce or similar platforms is a major plus.
  • Strategic Research: Experience gathering and synthesizing information on companies or market trends.
  • Process Thinking: A knack for looking at a workflow and finding ways to make it more efficient.

Security-related Responsibilities:

  • Compliance with Information Security Policies.
  • Responsibility and accountability for executing League's policies and procedures.
  • Notification of HR, Legal, Compliance & Security of any incidents, breaches or policy violations.

CANADA APPLICANTS ONLY: The Canada-specific compensation range below for this full-time position is exclusive of bonus, equity and benefits. This range reflects the minimum and maximum target for base salaries for the position across all Canadian locations. The salary range is intentional to account for the performance and career progressions a Leaguer will experience in the role throughout their time at League. Where in the band you may land is determined by job-related skills/experience. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range specific to your skills and experience during the hiring process.

Work Location:

We have a mix of office-centric roles based in our vibrant Toronto office, and remote-eligible roles based anywhere in Canada or US. Each job posting will indicate where the role will be based. Regardless of the role's posted location, all Toronto-area Leaguers (living within 65 km of our downtown HQ) collaborate in-office Monday through Thursday. Depending on your distance to the office, you'll enjoy 10 or 20 Flexible Remote Days each quarter for focus and deep-work time.
