About the Opportunity:
Be the trusted partner engineers rely on to bring their ideas to life—fast.
As an Account Manager at Protocase, you will:
- Manage a portfolio of customer accounts, primarily handling inbound inquiries from engineers, designers, and buyers.
- Respond to customer questions via phone and email about our manufacturing capabilities, pricing, and processes.
- Enter and manage quotes and orders accurately within our database systems.
- Coordinate closely with our technical and production teams to ensure orders are clear, manufacturable, and delivered on time.
- Maintain proactive communication with customers throughout the lifecycle of their order.
- Build strong, long-term relationships based on trust, responsiveness, and reliability.
- Identify opportunities for growth within your accounts and conduct occasional proactive outreach.
- Travel within North America 2–3 times per year to visit clients and strengthen partnerships.
- Align your work schedule with the business hours of your assigned sales territory (may range from 10am–6pm AST to 12pm–8pm AST).
About You

- Experience: 2+ years in a sales or account management role (call center experience is a strong asset).
- Education: Completion of high school plus some college, CEGEP, vocational, technical training, or university education.
- Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills—you're confident, clear, and professional.
- Technical Aptitude: Excellent computer skills (Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and ability to learn new systems quickly).
- Detail-Oriented: High level of accuracy in entering quotes and managing customer information.
- Critical Thinking: Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think on your feet.
- Time Management: Ability to prioritize and manage multiple customer requests effectively.
- Team Player: A people-driven personality who thrives in a collaborative setting.
- Mobility: Ability to travel cross-border 2–3 times per year.
- Other Requirements: Valid driver's license, criminal record check, and ability to obtain security clearance.
Above all else, we are looking for a dynamic candidate who enjoys interacting with people and is driven by sales goals.
Some flexibility in work hours is required, as your primary work hours will match business hours in the geographical territory to which you are assigned (ranging from 10am-6pm for territories in Eastern Time zone, and noon – 8pm for territories in Pacific Time zone).

Our starting annual total compensation package—including base salary and performance incentives—ranges from $40,000–$60,000 depending on experience.
