About Clearspace
Clearspace is transforming the commercial real estate industry by reimagining how offices are designed and built. We're a truly integrated design-build firm, where design studio meets general contractor, focused exclusively on interior office environments. Our process deeply integrates design, construction, and technology to improve the client experience and create spaces made to work.

About the Opportunity
We're looking for an Intermediate Interior Designer with 4–6 years of experience, a strong eye for detail, and a passion for corporate workplace interiors. In this role, you'll contribute to every stage of the design process from concept to completion while collaborating closely with lead designers, project managers, estimators, and construction teams to ensure your designs are executed seamlessly.
 What You'll Do
  • Own the design for projects from kickoff to completion, including concept development, material selection, furniture specification, and detailing.
  • Create functional, innovative, and visually compelling design solutions aligned with client goals and project requirements.
  • Lead client presentations, translating programming, layouts, and concepts into clear design deliverables.
  • Collaborate with project managers, estimators, site supervisors, and trades to ensure design intent is accurately executed.
  • Manage and coordinate junior designers, CAD techs, and consultants on working drawings, including RCP, flooring, fixtures, furniture, finishes, partitions, power/communications, elevations, and millwork details.
  • Review Permit, Tender, and Construction Document sets to maintain quality and consistency of design intent.
 What You Bring
  • 4–6 years of professional Interior Design experience, ideally in corporate office workplace design.
  • Bachelor's degree in Interior Design or a related field from an accredited institution.
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD and Revit.
  • Experience with 3D visualization and presentation materials (Adobe Suite or similar).
  • Ability to collaborate within project teams while also working independently when needed.
  • Strong time management and organizational skills; able to navigate challenges and proactively problem-solve.
  • Ability to interpret sketches, drawings, programs, and other design documentation accurately.
  • Clear and confident communication skills—verbal, written, and graphic.
  • Understanding of client expectations and deliverables at different project phases.

Why You'll Love Working Here
At Clearspace, we believe great design shouldn't be out of reach. We work hard, collaborate openly, and value efficiency and practical creativity. No ego, no fluff, just smart design delivered with care, skill, and integrity.
Let's build together.
