Über
As a Strategic HR Business Partner with the HR Canada team, you will be partnering with your business leadership teams to identify needs and facilitate people management initiatives that develop their teams in alignment with business strategy. You will engage in daily HR activities including, employee relations, performance management, interpersonal development, employee engagement and central initiatives.

- Collaborate and support business leadership and the broader HR team to implement HR plans and solutions to achieve business initiatives and deliver results
- Manage daily HR activities such as performance management, employee relations, compensation, career development, and drive appropriate solutions for these activities
- Assist in company-wide program administration and partner with organization leaders in the facilitation of leadership development and employee engagement initiatives
- Partner with management to support and complete HR initiatives and activities that cultivate growth, innovation and organizational efficiency. This includes implementing programs, processes and tools to help set up managers and employees for success
- Perform other miscellaneous responsibilities as appropriate which may include supporting and implementing initiatives across Canada
We love to see
- 7+ years of HR experience, preferably in a HR Business Partner role
- Experience and knowledge of Canadian HR provincial laws
- Bachelor's degree preferred
- Solid verbal/written communication and presentation skills
- Ability to handle workflow, with minimal oversight, in a fast-paced environment with multiple and sometimes changing priorities
- Excellent computer skills including MS Office skills (Outlook, Word, Excel & PowerPoint); report preparation and updating
- Experience supporting, completing and maintaining HR projects and programs
- Experience with HRIS/HCM systems

CA: Hiring Range in CAD from: $68,400 to $112,300 per annum.
Oracle maintains broad salary ranges for its roles in order to account for variations in knowledge, skills, experience, market conditions and locations, as well as reflect Oracle's differing products, industries and lines of business.
Candidates are typically placed into the range based on the preceding factors as well as internal peer equity.
