The Role

As an AI-First Account Executive, you aren't just selling services; you are a strategic partner helping clients navigate the shift to AI-powered ecosystems. You will own the full sales lifecycle, from AI-augmented prospecting to closing complex, consultative engagements. You are expected to be AI-fluent, using modern tools to compress sales cycles while maintaining high-quality, high-context client partnerships.

What You'll Do
  • AI-Augmented Prospecting: Actively design and iterate on automated workflows (using LLMs and research agents) to identify leads and provide hyper-personalized outreach that doesn't sacrifice the "human" touch.

  • Strategic Advisory: Partner with Director and VP-level stakeholders to identify business problems and translate them into AI-enabled product opportunities.

  • Full-Cycle Ownership: Manage the sales backlog, from initial discovery through to contract execution, ensuring clarity of scope, value, and technical tradeoffs.

  • Workflow Innovation: Continuously experiment with AI tools to improve internal productivity and refine our go-to-market strategy.

What We're Looking For
  • Experience: 2 years of experience in a closing role within consulting, agency, or digital services.

  • AI Proficiency: 1 year of hands-on experience building/optimizing workflows with AI. We need to see specific examples of how you've used AI to improve your sales process (e.g., lead scoring, personalized video at scale, or automated research).

  • Judgment: Exceptional communication skills with the ability to know when to use AI for efficiency and when a manual, high-empathy approach is required.

  • Proven Closer: Demonstrated ability to understand client needs, negotiate costs, and close high-value deals in the digital design and development space.

  • Experience working in a variety of organizations (start-up, corporate, agency/consultancy).

  • A strong rolodex of transferable clients in the technology or innovation space.

  • Deep curiosity for staying current with LLM advancements and emerging tech trends.
