This is a senior animation leadership position, requiring significant experience and expertise in the field.

• Create and manage task lists to ensure timely delivery of high-quality work product;


• Liaise with team members to provide coaching and guidance on technical/artistic aspects;


• Draft regular reports for stakeholders on team progress;


• Identify potential conflicts and recommend solutions;

A. Experience:
• 7+ years game animation industry
• 5+ years as lead/manager level
B. Skills:
• Strong understanding of animation principles, game engines, production pipelines,
C. Tools:
•Motionbuilder proficiency required, (preferred)
