Job Overview:
GrizzlyTrek is currently seeking one Driller / Rig Manager – Service Rig to join our valued client's operations in the Lloydminster area. This is a full-time position, ideally suited to an experienced professional with strong leadership skills and a commitment to safe, efficient service rig operations.

Responsibilities:

• Manage and oversee all service rig operations, ensuring work is completed safely, efficiently, and in compliance with company and regulatory standards

• Operate and supervise service rig activities including co-rod operations

• Ensure proper use, testing, and maintenance of BOP equipment

• Lead, mentor, and coordinate crew members to maintain high performance and safety standards

• Complete daily reports, job documentation, and communicate effectively with clients and supervisors

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Service Rig Driller and/or Rig Manager

• Valid BOP certification

• Valid Class 3 driver's license

• Extensive experience with co-rod operations

• Strong knowledge of safety regulations, procedures, and industry best practices

Preferred Qualifications:

• Additional well servicing certifications

• Experience working in the Lloydminster region

• Leadership or supervisory training

Work Environment:

• Field-based service rig environment with physically demanding tasks

• Exposure to varying weather conditions

• Requirement to work long hours and rotational schedules as needed
