This Business Intelligence Senior Analyst position, located onsite in downtown Seattle at a CBRE corporate location, offers a unique opportunity to contribute to a leading real estate services firm. The role is a full-time, Monday through Friday commitment. As a key member of the Data Science & Analytics team, you will play a critical role in driving data-informed decision-making across the organization.
The primary responsibilities of this position encompass advanced research, data mining, comprehensive reporting, and insightful interpretation of company performance metrics. You will leverage your analytical expertise to review and analyze data, identifying key trends and insights that support improved operational effectiveness and predictive modeling. Your contributions will be instrumental in developing and delivering actionable business intelligence, directly impacting CBRE's strategic objectives.
What You'll Do: Generate and review reports using aggregate data from multiple sources to assist in creating a complete evaluation, improvement, or recommendation. Review the accuracy of information provided and respond to escalated requests from management and vendors. Understand and work with advanced scenario planning tools and models. Investigate new trends in general business conditions. Identify opportunities for large improvements among the clients and company. Work with personnel from other departments and information technology groups to facilitate successful project implementations. Review the maintenance and reporting of benchmarks and performance metrics. Act as subject matter expert for key systems and processes and day-to-day functions. Apply general knowledge of standard principles and techniques/procedures to accomplish assigned tasks and solve routine problems. Have a broad knowledge of own job discipline and some knowledge of several job disciplines within the function. Lead by example and model behaviors consistent with CBRE RISE values. May convince to reach an agreement. Impact the quality of own work and the work of others on the team. Work primarily within standardized procedures and practices to achieve objectives and meet deadlines. Explain complex information to others in straightforward situations.
What You'll Need:
Bachelor's Degree preferred with 2-5 years of relevant experience. In lieu of a degree, a combination of experience and education will be considered. Understanding of existing procedures and standards to solve slightly complex problems. Ability to analyze possible solutions using technical experience to apply appropriate judgment and precedents. In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office products. Examples include Word, Excel, Outlook, etc. Strong organizational skills with an inquisitive mindset.

CBRE carefully considers multiple factors to determine compensation, including a candidate's education, training, and experience. The minimum salary for the Business Intelligence Sr Analyst position is $85,000.00 annually and the maximum salary for the Business Intelligence Sr Analyst position is $95,000.00 annually. The compensation that is offered to a successful candidate will depend on the candidate's skills, qualifications, and experience. Successful candidates will also be eligible for a discretionary bonus based on CBRE's applicable benefit program.
