Manage the ticketing system by promptly reviewing, responding to, and resolving requests. Prioritize issues based on urgency and impact, ensuring critical problems are addressed without delay. Document troubleshooting steps and solutions clearly within the ticket system. Provide clear communication to end-users throughout the resolution process. Set up workstations with computers and necessary peripherals (e.g., routers, printers). Regularly check hardware to ensure all components are functioning properly. Install and configure software according to specifications. Maintain and optimize local networks for peak performance. Ensure security and privacy for all computer systems and networks. Offer guidance to users on operating new software and equipment effectively. Organize and schedule system upgrades and maintenance without disrupting workflow. Conduct troubleshooting to diagnose and resolve technical issues. Keep detailed logs of repairs and maintenance schedules. Identify shortages in equipment and report them promptly. Perform any other related duties as assigned by your supervisor. Adhere to all company policies and procedures consistently. Requirements: High School Diploma with relevant experience in IT support. Proven experience as an IT Technician or in a similar role. Exceptional diagnostic and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication abilities with a focus on professional interaction. Strong organizational and time-management skills. In-depth knowledge of various computer systems and networks. Understanding of internet security and data privacy principles.
