Elite Border Protection Specialist

About the Role:

A Border Patrol Agent is a key member of our team responsible for safeguarding America’s borders and protecting national interests. This role requires individuals with strong communication skills, physical stamina, and a commitment to serving their country.

• Detecting and questioning people suspected of violating immigration laws and inspecting documents to determine citizenship or violations
• Preventing and apprehending undocumented noncitizens and smugglers at or near the borders by maintaining surveillance from covert positions
• Interpreting tracks, marks, and other physical evidence of illegal entry of persons or contraband
• Performing farm checks, building checks, traffic checks, city patrols, transportation checks

To qualify for this position you must possess one year general work experience demonstrating ability to take charge make sound decisions maintain composure in stressful situations learn regulations methods techniques through classroom training on-the-job instruction gather concise information through questioning observation examination documents records OR bachelor degree successfully completed full four-year course study any field leading bachelor degree from accredited college university OR combination general work experience successful completion college education calculated resume official unofficial transcripts submitted application You also qualify GL grade level if have previous current law enforcement military law enforcement experience Please refer BPA announcement for details。
