Border Protection Specialist

As a Border Patrol Agent, you will be part of our team that protects the American people by safeguarding our borders, deterring illicit activity, and enhancing the nation's economic prosperity. Our agents work together to achieve this mission with camaraderie, pride, and purpose.

You will detect and question individuals suspected of violating immigration laws; inspect documents and possessions to determine citizenship or violations; prevent undocument noncitizens from entering the country through various means including tracking down suspects at night using infrared scopes.
