This is a part-time endodontic opportunity offering 1-2 clinical days per month, designed to coordinate easily alongside an existing practice or professional commitments. At Benevis, our mission is to expand access to high-quality, affordable dental care for patients in underserved communities. We support providers who want to focus on clinical care while delivering meaningful impact through efficient, well-supported endodontic services. This role is intended for Endodontists and may also be appropriate for highly experienced general dentists with advanced endodontic experience who are confident managing complex cases.
Responsibilities:
This position involves providing endodontic care across a range of case complexity, with a steady patient flow and strong clinical support.
- Perform root canal therapy, including complex and multi-canal cases
- Diagnose and treat conditions affecting the tooth pulp and periapical tissues
- Utilize modern endodontic techniques and available technology to deliver high-quality care
- Collaborate with general dentists and clinical teams to support treatment planning and case flow
- Maintain accurate documentation and adhere to clinical and regulatory standards
- DDS/DMD from a CODA-accredited dental school
- Completion of a CODA-accredited Endodontics residency or a proven track record of performing endodontic procedures in a high-volume setting
- Active dental license in the state of practice
- Current certifications in BLS/CPR, ACLS, and DEA registration
- Competitive compensation structured as the greater of a guaranteed daily minimum or a percentage of adjusted production
