About the Job
We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Customs and Border Protection Officer to join our team.
Job Description
A Customs and Border Protection Officer is responsible for enforcing customs, immigration, and agriculture laws at U.S. borders.
- Inspecting individuals, cargo, and conveyances for compliance with regulations.
- Determining admissibility of individuals for entry into the United States.
- Preventing illegal entry of individuals and prohibited goods.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Six (6) months of specialized experience equivalent to GS-5 level in law enforcement or related field;
- Citizenry; Residency requirements include three (3) out of five (5) years; Age Restriction- not applicable if you're Veterans Preference eligible;
