Border Control Specialist
We are seeking a skilled Border Control Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess excellent observational and analytical skills, with the ability to work effectively in high-pressure situations.
Duties And Responsibilities:
- Maintain surveillance of border areas using infrared scopes during night operations;
- Closely monitor individuals suspected of violating immigration laws for signs of evasion or deception;
- Analyze physical evidence to locate and apprehend undocumented non-citizens attempting entry into USA territory;
- Evaluate situation reports from fellow agents and make informed decisions regarding resource allocation;
The selected candidate will undergo rigorous training at a federal law enforcement academy.
Pursuant to this requirement all applicants must be 21 years old when appointed;
Upon completion, successful candidates can expect regular working hours Monday - Friday (8 hour shift), with overtime available as needed.
Applicants should hold a valid High School diploma; relevant college education is an asset. Key qualifications include possession of an active Firearms License issued by their state,
or have completed Basic Marksmanship Training through any official US military organization,
basic First Aid Certification& CPR/AED (Automated External Defibrillator) qualified
driver's license ,and prior experience in fields related to border patrol preferable but not required..
