The recruitment incentives vary based on location but include up to $15k per year for three years in certain spots like Arizona Douglas Lukeville Nogales San Luis etc..Additionally annual base salary starts at GS-5 level which ranges between $40K-$109K depending upon experience qualifications education background plus grade progression opportunities available after one full year working there!
