• A bachelor’s degree or 1 year of general work experience demonstrating the ability to make sound decisions under stress, learn regulations through training, and gather concise information through questioning and examination of documents.

The U.S. Border Patrol offers its employees an attractive compensation package including annual base salary ranging from $49,739 to $89,518 per year based on duty location. Agents are also eligible for up to 25% additional pay after completion of required training.
