• Enforce laws and regulations related to the protection of American interests.


• Facilitate legitimate trade and travel while preventing illicit activity.


• Conduct inspections of individuals, conveyances, and goods entering or leaving the country.

• Possess strong observational skills for inspecting people, documents, or goods for criminal activity or fraud.


• Demonstrate knowledge of Federal law enforcement principles including investigation techniques.


• Familiarize yourself with various weapons systems used in support operations e.g., non-lethal crowd management tools; firearms proficiency not required but encouraged; military experience beneficial.
