*Introducing Dynamic Medical Centers*, formerly known as Dynamic Foot and Ankle Center. After 10 years of providing dedicated podiatric care, we are pleased to announce our transition into a multi-specialty practice. Dynamic Medical Centers will now offer comprehensive musculoskeletal care, including physical therapy, occupational therapy, pain management, and podiatry. This expansion allows us to better serve our established patient base by providing the additional specialties many of our patients need, all in one integrated setting.
*Position Overview*
We are seeking a compassionate *Physical Therapist* to evaluate and treat patients with musculoskeletal, orthopedic, neurological, and vestibular conditions. You will develop individualized treatment plans, collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, and educate patients and families on injury prevention and wellness strategies.
*Responsibilities*
* Evaluate and treat patients with a musculoskeletal, orthopedic, neurological, and vestibular conditions
* Provide evidence-based orthopedic and sports therapy services
* Support sports performance enhancement and injury prevention programs
* Develop, implement, and modify individualized treatment plans to support recovery and long term wellness
* Monitor patient progress and adjust interventions to ensure optimal outcomes
* Collaborate with a team of dedicated healthcare professionals to deliver comprehensive, patient-centered care
* Educate patients and their families on treatment plans, wellness strategies, injury prevention, and home exercise programs
* Maintain accurate, timely, and detailed clinical documentation in compliance with regulatory and practice standards
*Qualifications:*
* Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree from an accredited program
* Current Virginia Physical Therapist license
* Experience in outpatient, orthopedic, neurological, or sports therapy preferred
* Strong clinical assessment, treatment, and patient education skills
* Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
*Compensation & Benefits:*
* $80-$110K Annual Salary with productivity bonus potential.
