Your Contributions Be instrumental in the secure design, development, and testing of software products through systematic testing and automation.
Enhance product quality by actively participating in CI/CD processes and setting quality standards.
Conduct risk assessments and root cause analysis to boost product functionality and reliability.
Mentor peers and interns, nurturing the next generation of technical talent.
Collaborate across teams to implement and document best practices that elevate end-to-end product quality.
Minimum Qualifications Completion of a certification or degree program (e.g., Associate's, Apprenticeship, Boot Camp, or Certification) within the last 3 years, or current enrollment with expected completion within 12 months, or a high school diploma plus 2 years of relevant experience, or a Bachelor's degree with no experience required.
Proficient knowledge and hands-on experience with current technologies in the relevant technical domain.
Expertise in developing and executing software design plans, automated scripts, and quality assurance programs.
Experience in CI/CD environments, including the definition and enforcement of quality checkpoints.
Able to work independently, provide mentorship, and collaborate effectively within and across teams.
Preferred Qualifications Advanced understanding of secure coding principles and threat modeling for software features.
Experience in designing and deploying solutions to test reliability, availability, latency, and performance.
Skilled in implementing automation frameworks and conducting thorough testing to identify product defects.
Strong background in root cause analysis and recommending corrective actions for software issues.
Experience in leading projects, mentoring team members, and engaging in cross-functional initiatives.

For specific salary ranges for different locations, please refer to the details provided. A range for the New York City Metro Area is $123,600.00 - $200,100.00, while the range for Non-Metro New York and Washington state is $109,900.00 - $181,600.00. Benefits Include: Medical, dental, and vision insurance, along with a 401(k) plan that includes Cisco matching contributions.
