Your Role: As our District Sales Manager, you will excel as a sales expert by driving revenue growth and nurturing a team of enthusiastic sales professionals. With your consultative approach, you will partner with management to identify business opportunities through various channels, effectively closing sales within our target markets such as restaurants, retail, medical, and more. Key Responsibilities: Build Your Team:
Recruit and cultivate new talent to enhance your team's capabilities.
Close Sales:
Facilitate business growth by introducing our outstanding payment solutions to potential clients.
Collaborate with Management:
Partner with your Director to schedule significant appointments and maximize your potential.
Network Strategically:
Build valuable referral partnerships to maintain a consistent flow of leads.
Deliver Compelling Presentations:
Impress business owners with presentations that showcase how our products enhance operations.
Understand Business Needs:
Become a trusted advisor by identifying business challenges and providing tailored solutions.

Qualifications: Must be 18 years or older
Valid driver's license required for client visits
Must reside near the job location
Willing to spend at least 75% of the time in the field
Preferred Qualifications: High school diploma or GED
3+ years of sales and leadership experience
Compensation: Annual On-Target Earnings (OTE):
