diversity, inclusion, and empowering your development What is the role? Persimmon Homes West Scotland has an opening for a Senior Sales Manager to join the Team. Reporting directly to the Sales Director, this role offers a dynamic opportunity to lead and drive sales success in the housing industry. This role will act as 2nd in command within the department and will form part of the shadow management team to have exposure to different parts of the business which will assist with future personal and professional growth. The role is to lead and manage your team effectively, ensuring they achieve their sales goals and offer guidance or training when needed and most importantly work collaborative towards providing customers the best New Home purchasing experience. This position will suit a Senior Sales Manager currently working for a smaller developer looking to join a Multi Brand 5 Star PLC House Builder or a Sales Manager already with high-volume house builder looking for a step up in their career. What You'll do as a Senior Sales Manager Working Monday to Friday Manage your team effectively, including setting clear objectives, conducting professional development reviews, coaching and training to ensure employees achieve both their full potential and company targets. Oversee all communication and administration associated with sales transactions, including liaising with Solicitors, Estate Agents and Financial Institutions to ensure required documentation is provided and the home sale is audit compliant. Monitor and maintain the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system to assess the progress of your sales advisor team to ensure monetary and volume targets are met. Manage customer sales complaints. Work cohesively with other departments across the Operating Company such as Construction, Commercial and Technical to ensure achievement of completion targets and timely updates relating to plot progress. Advocate the Group Health, Safety and Environment Policy while ensuring compliance throughout your team to ensure health and safety standards are met. What Experience Do I Need? Previous experience in
New Homes Sales
is
essential. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal Fully conversant with Microsoft Package, including Excel and Word Previous new build experience managing a sales team Full UK Driving Licence is required
