The U.S. Customs and Border Protection is hiring for a challenging position as a Border Patrol Agent - Experienced (GL9 / GS11) . As an experienced agent, you will be part of our team that strives to protect the American people by safeguarding our borders, deterring illicit activity, and enhancing the nation's economic prosperity.

This role requires exceptional skills in law enforcement, including detecting and questioning individuals suspected of violating immigration and customs laws. You must possess strong analytical skills to track illegal operations, criminal activity, threats to our nation, and/or contraband while serving as a state or federal law enforcement official.

• Serve as a highly trained professional who works closely with an elite team to protect America .


• Maintain surveillance from covert positions using various forms of complex technology , such as infrared scopes during night operations.


• Analyze information rapidly to make prompt decisions when dealing effectively with people in connection with law enforcement matters .
