Job Description
The primary duties of this position include detecting and questioning people suspected of violating immigration laws, inspecting documents and possessions to determine citizenship or violations, preventing and apprehending aliens at or near the borders, interpreting tracks marks physical evidence left behind during illegal entry attempts.

- Detects suspects based on intelligence information while serving as a state federal law enforcement official
- Leverages complex technology systems surveillance detection situation awareness communications equipment

We are looking for candidates who possess one (1) year specialized experience equivalent next lower grade level performing various assignments such police detective border patrol agent within public private organizations specializing areas social welfare justice natural resources agriculture finance human resource international affairs military U.S.C 8336(c) , . You must also have proficiency in speaking reading Spanish along English after undergoing comprehensive training becoming proficient language through courses workshops certification programs offered throughout career timeframe.
