As a BPA (Border Patrol Agent), your primary responsibility will be to detect and question individuals suspected of violating immigration and custom laws. You will inspect documents and possessions to determine citizenship or violations, prevent undocumented noncitizens from entering the country, enforce customs regulations, perform farm checks and traffic stops as needed.

• One year of general work experience that demonstrates ability to take charge, make sound decisions & maintain composure in stressful situations

1. Experience working with Spanish-speaking populations is preferred but not required;
2. Bachelor's degree from an accredited college/university OR successful completion of four-year course study leading towards Bachelor's Degree AND one full year supervisory experience (– GL5) , six months qualifying work experience & relevant specialized knowledge/education (— GL7);
