Job Title: Border Security Specialist

• Detecting and questioning individuals suspected of violating immigration laws at or near international boundaries.


• Identifying potential security threats through observation, investigation, and intelligence analysis.

• Candidates must possess excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate complex ideas in both written and spoken form.  A bachelor's degree in criminal justice, law enforcement, or a related field is also required.  Beyond formal education,  applicable experience may substitute for educational requirements when job duties are similar.
  
• A valid driver's license with a good driving record is necessary as frequent travel between stations on rural roads requires reliable transportation.
