The role of a Customs and Border Protection Officer is a challenging yet rewarding career opportunity.

• This position involves working collaboratively with an elite team to protect America's borders, enforce laws, facilitate trade and travel, conduct inspections, determine admissibility of individuals, prevent illegal entry and smuggling activities.

Typical assignments for this position include enforcing customs regulations to prevent illicit trade activities while facilitating legitimate trade and travel. The successful candidate will also be responsible for conducting thorough inspections to identify potential security threats.
