Shift: 7:30 AM - 6:00 PM

Experience:

• 12 months of role experience is required with some in the last 12 months.

• Experience with Epic is preferred from any number of months.

Requirements:

• Candidates must have a license (required for submission).

• Travel only, local not allowed. Candidates must live >50 miles from facility to be submitted.

• Flu vaccination required after submission. Religious and medical declinations accepted.

• 12 months gap required between for Staff at Program: Simplifi Program - Advocate Health Southeast and no current placement allowed at Program: Simplifi Program - Advocate Health Southeast.

• 12 months gap required between for Part-Time at Program: Simplifi Program - Advocate Health Southeast and no current placement allowed at Program: Simplifi Program - Advocate Health Southeast.

• 12 months gap required between for Per Diem at Program: Simplifi Program - Advocate Health Southeast and no current placement allowed at Program: Simplifi Program - Advocate Health Southeast.

Additional Details:

Required Skills/Experience: Cath Lab experience; Vascular experience to include Endograft experience

Preferred Skills/Experience: Highly prefer experience in IR or in a lab working with vascular surgeons

Special Requests: Travelers will do at least one holiday in a contract if applicable

Shift & Scheduling:

• Two weekends every month and two weekdays of call – discussed during interview
• 2 weekends a month; 1-2 call nights a week
• Schedule cycle: every 4 weeks

7 days maximum time off

2 references from last 12 months (Charge/Lead reference type) - 1 required for submission

Certifications:

• BLS (Basic Life Support)

• ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support)

• RCIS (Registered Cardiovascular Invasive Specialist) or the alternative certification (R) (American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT))
