With around 1,300 employees at our locations in Stuttgart, Glatten, Wolfratshausen and Rellingen, we develop and produce a broad product portfolio of components for the control, metering and treatment of current and future fuels (PTX). This portfolio includes injection technology, including advanced common rail technology. Our products are used in modern large engines and fuel cells for ships, power plants, railways and other applications.

For managing all aspects of sales for one of our key customers we're looking for an experienced Sales Manager. The roles focuses on our industrial portfolio (power management systems) in transportation and power generation.


  • Strategic Sales Planning: Develops and executes customer strategies that align customer needs with internal business objectives.
  • Client Relationship Management: Builds and maintains strategic customer relationships while achieving price, margin, and growth targets. Prepares customer gameboards and heatmaps.
  • Market Analysis: Provides revenue forecasts for Profit Plan, LRP, and quarterly cycles, and derives actions based on market intelligence.
  • Sales Management & Execution: Develops negotiation strategies for new and renewal contracts in close collaboration with Contract Operations.
  • Performance Monitoring: Analyzes sales performance, identifies improvement areas, and leads account reviews covering relationships, scorecards, forecast, margin, and business risks.

  • Academical degree in business or technical studies
  • Min. 3-5 years of professional experience in a commercial role in Power Generation / Transportation
  • Solid technical understanding of large industrial engines
  • Solid knowledge of commercial principles (cost, pricing, volume discounts, payment) combined with proven negotiation skills
  • Excellent independent judgement, decision making and problem-solving skill
  • Excellent German and English communication skills
  • Commitment to travel regularly
