What you'll do

  • The Senior Integration Lead is a key role responsible for designing, implementing, and managing the integration solutions within the SAP S/4 HANA environment.

  • This role requires a deep understanding of SAP S/4 HANA modules, integration technologies, and business processes.

  • The Integration Lead will collaborate with cross-functional teams, including business analysts, developers, and project managers, to ensure seamless integration of SAP S/4 HANA with various internal and external system

What you'll need

  • Responsible for providing hands-on leadership for all SAP integration activities for the Government of Manitoba and associated in scope organizations

  • Lead the technical design and implementation of SAP integration technologies

  • Resolve system and process issues and coordinated integration testing across all functional streams

  • Analyse and identify the linkages and interactions between the component parts of the entire system.

  • Partner with Manitoba team leadership and system integrator to ensure collective ownership of quality, timelines, and deliverables.

  • Use the review of work as an opportunity to deepen the expertise of team members.

  • Address conflicts or issues, engaging in difficult conversations with clients, team members and other stakeholders, escalating where appropriate.

  • Uphold and reinforce professional and technical standards, Manitoba's code of conduct, and independence requirements.

  • Demonstrate extensive-level abilities with, and/or a proven record of success as both an individual contributor and team member, identifying and addressing client needs

  • Lead the overall delivery of complex Global S/4HANA Integration, including completion of deliverables outlined in signed statement(s) of work

  • Exhibit extensive-level abilities and a proven record of success in SAP Integration with at least 3 end to end SAP S/4 HANA implementation projects on premise and Cloud edition

  • Develop and maintain architecture blueprints, integration roadmaps, integration strategy for SAP systems, ensuring alignment with business goals and IT strategy

  • Partner with Manitoba business and IT stakeholders to understand integration requirements and translate them into technical specifications

  • Provide technical guidance and hands-on leadership to development teams, ensuring best practices in integration design and implementation;

  • Monitor and optimize the performance of integration solutions to ensure scalability and reliability

  • Troubleshoot and resolve integration issues, ensuring minimal disruption to business operations

  • Confirm extensive-level ability in SAP Business Technology Platform (BTP) Integration suite for designing and developing integration scenarios

  • Configure various Adapters like File, SFTP, REST, SOAP, IDOC, RFC, HTTP

  • Exhibit extensive-level abilities with ABAP interface development protocols such as RFC, BAPI, IDOC and ABAP Proxy

  • Communicate complex technical concepts effectively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders, ensuring alignment with Manitoba business objectives and leading development efforts

  • Mentor teams by fostering a positive work environment, monitoring workloads, balancing client expectations, and maintaining work-life quality for team members;

  • Contribute to the development of the SAP Technology Practice, building expertise and thought leadership around SAP Solutions and offerings; and,

  • Stay ahead of SAP and Cloud trends, leveraging innovative solutions to drive Manitoba business transformation.
