We are currently seeking an experienced, patient-focused Receptionist / Patient Care Coordinator who is passionate about hospitality, organization, and building meaningful connections with patients.

Monday: 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM
Tuesday: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
Thursday: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM
Alternating Friday: 9:00 AM – 3:00 PM
Alternating Saturday: 9:00 AM – 3:00 PM
Welcome patients warmly and create a positive, comfortable experience from arrival to departure
Build rapport and trust through clear, compassionate communication
Discuss and explain treatment plans in an easy-to-understand and empathetic manner
Provide accurate treatment estimates and review insurance coverage and financial options
Schedule and coordinate appointments efficiently to support optimal patient flow
Liaise with insurance providers to verify coverage and process claims
Maintain accurate, organized, and up-to-date patient records
Follow up with patients to answer questions and support their care journey
Act as a key communication link between patients and the clinical team
Stay current on treatment options, insurance policies, and best practices
Maintain strict confidentiality and patient privacy at all times
Minimum 2 years of experience in a dental administrative or reception role (required)
Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a caring, patient-first mindset
Solid knowledge of dental scheduling, billing, and insurance processes
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, patient-focused environment
Professional, reliable, and team-oriented approach
Commitment to confidentiality and high ethical standards
