Receptionist / Patient Care Coordinator

We are currently seeking an experienced, patient-focused Receptionist / Patient Care Coordinator who is passionate about hospitality, organization, and building meaningful connections with patients.

Schedule:
  • Monday: 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM

  • Tuesday: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM

  • Thursday: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM

  • Alternating Friday: 9:00 AM – 3:00 PM

  • Alternating Saturday: 9:00 AM – 3:00 PM

Your Role & Responsibilities:
  • Welcome patients warmly and create a positive, comfortable experience from arrival to departure

  • Build rapport and trust through clear, compassionate communication

  • Discuss and explain treatment plans in an easy-to-understand and empathetic manner

  • Provide accurate treatment estimates and review insurance coverage and financial options

  • Schedule and coordinate appointments efficiently to support optimal patient flow

  • Liaise with insurance providers to verify coverage and process claims

  • Maintain accurate, organized, and up-to-date patient records

  • Follow up with patients to answer questions and support their care journey

  • Act as a key communication link between patients and the clinical team

  • Stay current on treatment options, insurance policies, and best practices

  • Maintain strict confidentiality and patient privacy at all times

What We're Looking For:
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a dental administrative or reception role (required)

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a caring, patient-first mindset

  • Solid knowledge of dental scheduling, billing, and insurance processes

  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail

  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, patient-focused environment

  • Professional, reliable, and team-oriented approach

  • Commitment to confidentiality and high ethical standards
