Koch Inc. is seeking an experienced Project Manager to provide project management support and help drive successful alignment and completion along with visibility to progress for Masen EOS. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project management within the industrial, engineering, or construction sectors, with proven experience managing complex installations.
Responsibilities:
Manage and monitor the installation progress of various components of the Masen EOS business, ensuring timelines and quality standards are met.
Coordinate with engineering, procurement, planning, and software teams to align activities and resolve potential issues.
Prepare and present regular progress reports, dashboards, and updates to stakeholders and senior management.
Identify risks and implement mitigation plans to avoid delays or cost overruns.
Maintain thorough documentation of project activities, changes, and decisions.
Facilitate communication between contractors, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure smooth workflow.
Requirements:
Proven experience as a Project Manager.
Strong knowledge of project management principles, tools, and best practices.
Excellent communication and organizational skills.
Ability to analyze project data and make informed decisions.
Proficiency in project management software )
Fluent in English.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities effectively.
Contract duration of less than 1 month. with 30 hours per week.
