We are a growing e-commerce brand in the sleep and wellness space, focused on premium, functional products. We design products such as sleep accessories, supplements, cosmetic-style wellness products, and apparel-related items, and we take packaging and product presentation extremely seriously from both a branding and manufacturing perspective. We are looking for a reliable, detail-oriented packaging graphic designer who understands both beautiful design and real-world production requirements. This will be ongoing work across multiple product launches.
What You'll Be Designing
You will create packaging and product presentation assets including:
- Rigid boxes
- Folding cartons
- Supplement bottles
- Cosmetic tubs and jars
- Plastic zipper bags and pouches
- Inserts, labels and outer packaging components
- Clothing labels (woven labels, printed labels, heat transfer labels)
- Clothing hang tags and garment tags
Required Deliverables
You must be able to provide:
- Dielines (supplier-ready)
- Premium-quality design work suitable for retail and DTC brands
- Fast delivery with clear timelines
- Ongoing design support and communication
- Revisions within reasonable project scope
- Realistic 3D mockups suitable for marketing use
- Print-ready final files including CMYK setup, correct bleed and properly organized layers
- All editable source files such as AI, PSD and layered PDF files
Required Skills
- Strong packaging design portfolio including real packaging projects, not only flat label work
- Experience designing apparel labels or tags is highly preferred
Experience preparing files for mass production
- Strong understanding of print processes, finishes and materials
- Understanding of garment label production methods (woven, satin, cotton labels, heat transfer, etc)
- Ability to follow strict brand guidelines
- Strong attention to small details such as alignment, spacing, layers and print safety margins
- Ability to communicate with manufacturers or printers if needed
Bonus Experience (Nice to Have)
- Experience working with supplement or cosmetic packaging
- Experience working with e-commerce or DTC brands
- Experience creating Amazon or Shopify product mockups
