The Situation
We already work with a Figma designer who executes well.
What we need now is someone more conceptual.
Someone who:
• Thinks about product experience
• Brings creative direction
• Improves flows without being told exactly how
• Delivers ideas that feel sharp, modern and intentional
If you need constant guidance or step-by-step direction, this won't be the right fit.

What You'll Be Working On
• Improving SaaS product UI (dashboards, onboarding, checkout flows)
• Rethinking user journeys for clarity and conversion
• Designing landing pages with strong hierarchy and visual impact
• Creating well-designed email templates (marketing + system)
• Proposing UI improvements proactively
• Potentially shaping broader design direction
You may:
• Create initial concepts that another designer refines
• Or take full ownership depending on the project

What We're Looking For
You must:
• Have strong SaaS UI/UX experience
• Be highly proficient in Figma
• Have designed dashboards and product interfaces
• Understand UX psychology and conversion
• Have excellent layout, spacing and typography instincts
• Be organised and reliable
• Be able to work independently
We care deeply about:
• Creative thinking
• Attention to detail
• Clarity of user flow
• Taste level
We do not want:
• Generic SaaS templates
• Dribbble-style designs with no UX depth
• Designers who need constant live feedback to progress

Ideal Profile
• 5+ years UI/UX experience
• Has worked on real SaaS products (not just marketing sites)
• Thinks in systems, not screens
• Can explain design decisions clearly
• Comfortable challenging ideas when needed
This role could evolve into something larger for the right person.
