Job Description

AIM is currently looking for a Class 3 truck driver for its Montréal-East, Québec site. The main task of the driver is to mechanically collect metals and transport them to the AIM site. 

What you'll be responsible for: 

  • Performing the daily inspection of the truck;
  • Following the schedule and route provided by the supervisor;
  • Carrying out the pickup and delivery of ferrous and non-ferrous metals according to applicable safety standards;
  • Completing the documentation required for the transport to be carried out;
  • Performing basic truck maintenance;
  • Ensuring customer satisfaction;
  • Driving the vehicle in a safe and efficient manner.
Qualifications

To join our team:

  • You hold a valid Class 3 FM driver's license as well as a good driving record
  • You have at least 2 years of experience
  • You are conscientious about Health and Safety
  • You are in excellent physical condition
  • You have good customer service skills
  • You are reliable, diligent, and punctual
  • You have good respect for equipment and tools
  • You have experience operating a Roll-Off truck (a strong asset)
  • Canada
