Your New Employer
HighView Partners is working with a respected, privately owned real estate owner-operator with a long-term outlook and a growing, diversified portfolio across the GTA. The organization is known for its hands-on ownership approach, strong tenant relationships, and collaborative internal culture. Growth is intentional, well-capitalized, and focused on building quality assets and teams for the long term.
Your Role
As Property Manager, you will be responsible for the day-to-day oversight of a commercial and mixed-use portfolio that includes retail-anchored, industrial, office, residential, and select seniors-living assets. This is not a desk-only role. You will be actively engaged in your buildings, working closely with tenants, contractors, and internal teams, while having direct access to ownership and decision-makers. The role includes responsibility for daily operations, tenant relationships, lease administration, and financial performance, including operating budgets, CAM recoveries, and rent collection. You will coordinate maintenance programs, service contracts, and regular site inspections, manage contractors and preventive maintenance initiatives, and support capital projects. Ensuring compliance with lease requirements, insurance coverage, WSIB requirements, and overall risk management standards will be a core part of your mandate.
What Sets You Apart
You bring several years of commercial property management experience, along with a strong working knowledge of budgets, leases, CAM, and building operations. You are relationship-driven, with sound judgment and a high level of integrity, and you are comfortable working in the field while managing multiple priorities simultaneously. Experience with Yardi and strong Excel skills are preferred, and an RPA, CPM, or related professional designation is considered an asset.
Why Join?
This is an opportunity to join a stable, well-capitalized ownership group with a long-term view. The portfolio is intentionally sized to be challenging and engaging while remaining manageable, and the culture is collaborative, with real access to leadership and decision-makers. The role offers competitive compensation, performance-based incentives, and the opportunity to grow alongside a diversified and evolving real estate platform.
Compensation
Expected base salary of $110,000–$120,000 per year. This role is also eligible for a discretionary annual bonus, which is not guaranteed and may vary based on individual and company performance.

Take the Next Step
If you're a property management professional who values autonomy, hands-on involvement, and working directly with ownership, this is an opportunity worth exploring. You'll join a stable, growing organization where your judgment is trusted, your relationships matter, and your work has a visible impact on the portfolio's performance.
Whether you're actively considering a move or simply open to a confidential conversation about what the next chapter of your career could look like, we'd welcome the opportunity to connect. Applications and inquiries will be handled with discretion.
