Your work won't just support construction—it will help shape safer, more resilient communities for years to come.

Your Impact

  • Support field investigations, inspections, and construction monitoring activities across a variety of municipal and infrastructure projects.
  • Perform materials testing (soil, asphalt, concrete) to help ensure projects meet design, safety, and regulatory standards.
  • Document field observations accurately and prepare clear, data‑driven daily reports that inform critical project decisions.
  • Collaborate closely with engineers, designers, and construction teams to resolve issues and maintain project progress.
  • Apply WSP safety standards and contribute to a strong culture of safe field practices.
  • Assist with quality assurance/quality control procedures that support long‑lasting, community‑focused infrastructure.

The Skills That Set You Apart

  • Hands‑on experience in construction, materials testing, field inspection, or related applied technical work.
  • Comfortable working outdoors, in the field, and on active construction sites while meeting all safety requirements.
  • Ability to use tools and equipment commonly used in construction testing and inspection (e.g., compaction testing tools, concrete testing equipment).
  • Strong attention to detail with the ability to maintain precise documentation and high‑quality data collection.
  • A collaborative, solutions‑focused mindset with a desire to contribute to meaningful community projects.
