Job Description: Assesses, plans, implements and evaluation of the health and health risks for clients. Scope of practice requires a broad knowledge base and autonomous decision making skills. PHN provides consultation and support to a wide array of professionals in the community and delivers community health nursing services to individuals, families and groups.

- Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BScN)
Licenses
- Valid Class 5 driver's license

- Basic Life Support Certificate (BLS)

Additional Comment
- No guaranteed hours. Must be Available a minimum of twenty-four (24) hours per 3 week period. Must be available all shifts, short shifts, short notice calls, stats and holidays, where applicable
