I. Content Product Management & Execution Lead feature development for Velocity's content ecosystem. Lead product strategy, creating Agile roadmaps for technology projects with a strong focus on user experience and streamlined delivery processes, and feature development for Velocity's AI-powered content authoring tools and the end-to-end user experience, from initial discovery to continuous optimization. Manage market research and discovery efforts to define customer-centric solutions, integrating them into the product roadmap, and ensuring product quality standards across all content platform releases. Oversee testing, triage bugs, and maintain product quality standards for all content platform releases. Employ MS Office Suite and the Atlassian tool suite, including JIRA and Confluence, to perform analysis, prepare comprehensive stakeholder communications, generate status reports to monitor projects, evaluate progress and quality, manage risk and issues, and implement corrective actions to meet project deadlines. Implement and integrate generative AI tools into content workflows, ensuring ethical AI use and robust governance. Apply advanced prompt engineering best practices and manage the quality assurance of AI-generated content for adherence to brand voice, legal compliance, and quality standards. Develop, track, and analyze key content performance metrics (KPIs) to articulate content ROI and impact. Ensure ongoing refinement and strong oversight of content initiatives. Support content governance, analytics, and operational efficiency across all content creation and delivery channels. Foster seamless execution of content product initiatives through partnership. Work with stakeholders across content teams, technology, marketing, and legal to collect business requirements and ensure alignment with broader business objectives. Act as a key liaison between technical and business teams, ensuring effective communication 5+ years in product management, product owner, or senior business analyst roles within digital content, media, or financial technology, with a focus on execution and optimization. Exposure to top-of-funnel conversion metrics, behavioral analysis, and user engagement analytics, ideally from e-commerce, digital product, or fintech environments. Understanding of financial products preferred. Proven experience integrating and managing content tools, including authoring platforms, with broader content ecosystems via APIs. Strong understanding and proficiency in A/B testing, statistical significance, and leveraging analytics platforms for data-informed content decisions. Demonstrable hands-on experience and a strong track record with generative AI tools (e.g., large language models, content generation platforms), coupled with expertise in prompt engineering and model fine-tuning for specific content applications. Deep understanding and practical application of ethical AI use, data privacy principles, and robust AI content governance frameworks within a regulated industry setting. Exceptional ability to translate complex data findings and product requirements into clear, compelling narratives. Strong collaboration and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence cross-functional teams. Demonstrated ability to manage initiatives from conception through iterative improvement. Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Computer Science, Engineering, Business, Data Science, or Marketing.
