Job Overview:
This role involves executing routine tasks and adhering to standard manufacturing work instructions as part of the primary responsibility. A solid attention to detail is necessary along with the ability to accurately follow processes while effectively collaborating with various departments is essential to ensure the timely fulfillment of orders.

What the job is all about:
- Perform basic hardware set-up, component insertion, software installation and testing on systems as per sales order requirements.
- Identify products failing test procedure/configuration specifications.
- Have a solid understanding of ERP for product structures and scanning product bar codes into the sales order module for shipping traceability.
- Have a solid understanding of MES in following instructions and routing through the PACK process point to receive product into stock.
- Pick assemblies from finished goods to fulfill sales order line item. requirements and ensuring any testing and configuration is performed on these items when necessary
- Decipher and fulfill customer configuration requirements by aligning the sales order line items to the configuration documentation.
- Maintains a FIFO inventory system within the finished goods inventory which includes accurately receiving and picking stock.
- Works closely with the department Supervisor, Specialist, Order Admin, Planning and Shipping to fulfill daily orders.
- Work and adhere to all Ross Health & Safety Policy procedures and guidelines
- Takes periodic inventory of stock and assembly.
- Shift work or overtime may be required.
- Perform other related duties as required.

- High School Diploma
- College diploma and/or additional education and computer courses are considered an asset
- 2 years' experience in a manufacturing environment is an asset.
- Mechanical and Electrical assembly an asset
Bonus points if you have the following:
- Mechanical aptitude.
- Excellent aptitude for learning.
- Good organizational skills
- Able to lift 50 lbs. and work in a manufacturing setting, with moderate noise
